1. What services do you offer?

We offer three main services:

Daycare (8:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
Canine Hotel with nightly stays or long-term stays (over a month).
Bath and Hygiene as an additional service, available even for dogs not staying at the hotel.

2. Is food included?

Yes, meals are always included in all services. We also adapt to your dog's specific needs if they require a special diet (you can bring their food).

3. What should I bring when dropping off my pet?

Updated vaccination record.
Medication, if needed.
Leash and harness.
Optional: You can bring their bed, blankets, or favorite toys to make them feel more comfortable.

4. How can I reserve?

You can reserve through the form on our website. After completing it, we'll review your request and send you a confirmation email if accepted. You can also reach us via WhatsApp for further inquiries.

5. Do you accept all sizes and breeds of dogs?

Yes, we accept dogs of all sizes and breeds. We adjust to their energy, age, and specific needs to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience for each pet.

6. What if my dog needs medication?

In the reservation form, you can specify any special requirements, and we will manage the medication according to your instructions.

7. How are the facilities?

Our facilities include:

A secure, fully-walled patio.
Individual rooms with comfortable beds.
Toys and play areas for fun and engagement.

8. What about long stays?

For stays of one month or more:

The price is €15 per day.
A free bath and hygiene service are included every 15 days.

9. How do you ensure safety during walks?

We take your dog for three daily walks outdoors, always on a leash, in controlled and safe areas.

10. Do you offer full grooming?

We do not offer full grooming services, but we do provide baths and hygiene for €20.

11. Can I visit the facilities before booking?

Of course! Contact us to schedule a visit.

12. When should I pay?

The payment structure is as follows:
- Booking: Pay for 1 day in advance.
- Drop-off: Pay 50% of the remaining balance.
- Pick-up: Pay the final 50% upon collection of your dog.
